Together, the Partners of HRP have 80+ years of combined experience and have spent the better part of the last 25 years working side by side.

We specialize in helping business of all sizes grow their business. We are experts in crafting measured TV campaigns designed to meet or exceed our clients’ goals. We are determined to help our clients get the most out of every media dollar they invest.

Mary Ram, CEO
Mary Ram — CEO

Mary launched her career in the mid-’80s at A. Eicoff in Chicago, where she was a Broadcast Buyer and Account Supervisor. She went on to direct the launch of Time-Life’s in-house media buying group in Alexandria, VA. Later, she spent eight years at SCP/Rapp Collins, where she served as Broadcast Director. Her experience also includes a stint as SVP, Director of Client Service, at IPG’s ID Media (the agency formed by Media Direct Partners, Western Direct, True North, and Draft Direct).  In 2004 Mary co-founded DRM Partners, an agency specializing in DRTV Media Management.  After 16 years of successful operation, DRM Partners was sold to Worldwide Media. Mary co-founded HRP Media in 2021 along with Susan Pensabene & Andrea Hicks. Mary is CEO of HRP Media.

Andrea Hicks, Managing Partner
Andrea Hicks — Managing Partner

Andrea began her career as a Media Analyst in the late ’90s with Media Direct Partners Inc., gaining experience in the many aspects of Direct Response TV media. She quickly transitioned to the Account Management team, where she honed her client-service skills for a diverse set of clients. After a brief stint at Ogilvy One as a Print and Digital Buyer, she joined DRM Partners as an inaugural member of the team. Here she was responsible for implementing all aspects of DRTV campaigns – from planning, to buying and managing media, to many other tasks necessary to deliver outstanding client service and successful campaign results. She continued with DRM Partners through the sale of the agency to Worldwide Media. In 2021, Andrea became a Managing Partner of HRP Media. She co-founded the agency with Mary Ram & Susan Pensabene.

Susan Pensabene, President
Susan Pensabene — President

Susan has more than 30 years of DR experience. She began her career at Wunderman in 1973, where she helped form the country’s first full-service DRTV agency. She then joined Rapp Collins to launch the Media Department, and later headed the Broadcast Media Division of Grey Direct. In the late ’80s she formed her own agency—Shain, Colavito, Pensabene (SCP)—which eventually was sold to Omnicom and folded into Rapp Collins’ Media Department. In 2004 Susan co-founded DRM Partners, an agency specializing in DRTV Media Management. After 16 years of successful operation, DRM Partners was sold to Worldwide Media. In 2021, Susan co-founded HRP Media along with Mary Ram & Andrea Hicks. Susan serves as President of the agency.

Becca DiCairano, Media Coordinator
Becca DiCairano — Media Coordinator

Becca joined DRM Partners in 2016 as an Account Assistant and grew to a Junior Buyer. She later moved to Worldwide Media as a Media Assistant. Becca has experience in various facets of DRTV advertising, including buying, optimization, and traffic operations, as well as the design and coordination of digital search campaigns.
